International SOS provided crisis management support to a large telecommunications organisation amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
Problem
Our client wanted to evaluate their crisis management handling during the COVID-19 pandemic in order to improve their management of future crises around four main areas: decision making, roles and responsibilities, and organisational set-up.
Solution
After communicating with our client, our security experts were on hand to utilise our global best practices to deliver a complete assessment of their COVID-19 crisis management while reviewing their documentation and interviewing key stakeholders looking at indicators such as preparedness, risk mitigation, response, communications, and recovery.
Impact
After presenting the findings and recommendations to our client, the impact was very positive as they had a clear path ahead on how to build resilience, and now in a position to implement key changes.
