Supported by our twenty seven 24/7 Assistance Centres located around the world, International SOS provides medical and security advice to many global health donors and their implementing partners. We provide stakeholders with timely advice and analysis on specific global concerns in order to mitigate risks to health and safety of their staffs so they can deliver assistance and fulfill their missions.
International SOS operates a global network of primary and emergency care clinics, bringing world-class standards and our medical expertise across 53 clinics and over 700 Medical sites in 65 countries. We provide primary care, diagnostics and 24/7 emergency care, and our global clinic infrastructure is unmatched in the industry. We engage in a wide range of medical scenarios for partners, from routine checks to emergency cases. We support medical staffing and training for critical ongoing COVID-19 vaccination campaigns. Our clinics are integrated seamlessly with our Global Assistance Network which provides access to nearly 103,000 medical and security in-country providers across 229 countries and territories.

International SOS has an accredited and efficient medical procurement supply chain in place, operating in accordance with WHO standards and ISO 9001:2015. We support the UN system, governments and a number of global organisations, offering a comprehensive set of medical kits and modules, designed to meet a variety of needs from full clinic fit-outs to specialised kits. In 2020 alone, we supplied our clients with over 350 million masks and over 1.5 million protective coveralls including gloves, isolation gowns and face shields.

Community Health System Strengthening in the Democratic Republic of Congo
In the Democratic Republic of Congo, Katanga region between 2007 and 2018, International SOS provided technical guidance for a 2008 health baseline study and design of the CHAP (Community Health Action Plan), working with the DRC Ministry of Health and Not for Profit partners to revitalise the Health Zone through effective long-term planning, improved coverage and quality of care across health zones, and enhanced community participation.
